Solid Stay at a Good Hotel

The hotel has a very modern look. The price was good for a city center room. I found free drinks and chocolate in the fridge. A discount on food at the restaurant made it a better deal. The reception, bar, and breakfast area were nice. The reception staff were excellent, especially Simon.
The room decor seemed tired and dated. It feels in need of a refresh. I also noticed the mounted metal toiletry dispensers did not work well.

The hotel includes a clean gym. I saw it has treadmills and stationary bikes. Guests can access professional staff and a bar with food. The bar is open until late.

the staff were very friendly when i arrived and also again when i collected my luggage rather late.
i booked an accessible room eight weeks before my stay. when i arrived, there was no room. they moved someone out of their room. also, i did not appreciate the way i was looked at when i ordered coffee at the bar.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room was clean and well maintained. the location suited my needs with its proximity to various attractions. i also found the on-site parking very convenient.
the lift was quite slow , which caused some delays when traveling between floors.
